This graphite latex pillow is height adjustable. Simply unzip the cotton cover and remove the latex inserts to suit. Keep the spare inserts in case you decide on a thicker pillow in the future. The pillow can be adjusted to heights of 2.5cm, 5cm, 7.5cm or 10cm
